The start of the following day, our Epic - Ongar day, was boosted by the consumption of a freshly prepared 'Full English', after which LYF 399 is seen departing. It turned out to have been a wise move, as we weren't to know how that day was to unfold and particularly regarding the lack of further sustenance. Through no fault of the buses collected, we weren't to reach Stoke until 02.00 the following morning! Had plenty of time to mull over cheesy titles for these photos, such as 'Don't look back in Ongar' (!)
