The Isle of Wight operator, Southern Vectis was also a BCT / Tilling Group company, and hence operated buses made by the Nationalized Bristol / ECW combine. Here an FLF type Bristol Lodekka, CDL 479C swings into (I think) Newport bus station past the bus which was to become the types successor, the VR.
The variety of cars in this shot stood out when I looked at it for the first time in many years, something which I'd never have given a second glance to then.
