Besides such independents as Berresfords, from the same locality (Stoke on Trent), PMT regularly used their similarly bodied fleet of AEC Reliances on summer holiday express services to the North Wales coastal resorts, as did North Western with their Alexander 'Y type' bodied Leopards.
