Red Rose Dart
Much as the photographing of modern buses does little for me, I now try to record something of today's mundane as I wish I'd done so years ago. That said, the cheapness and throw away nature of digital photography puts the matter in a different light than when wrestling with film and processing costs as a teenager!
Last year, Mrs 'R' and I had a weekend in Oxford, so, in line with the above, I snapped away whilst she perused buildings and things (more mainstream) educational. Here a modern day independent, Red Rose of Aylesbury, is seen with an ex London United Plaxton bodied Dart. Clearly at one time the very tidy looking X523 UAT had London's beloved centre doors.
