I think if I had worn glasses at junior school, I might have looked like this.

At the time I had eye sight problems, but the health department thought eye excersises rather than glasses were best.

I think if I had worn glasses, I might have been more able to understand what was written on the blackboard, and probably there would be less fights to be involved with. We never hit boys that wore specs.
