Route 69 - Chepstow - Monmouth (on diversion!)
The 69 usually follows the A466 from Chepstow to Monmouth, but due to a 6 week road closure, we are (almost) following the route of the 65 service. Here we see 47533, probably the best Optare Solo in Cwmbrans fleet, waiting time in Trelleck on the diversion route.
The 74 & 69 services are operated by Stagecoach on Sundays under contract to Monmouthshire County Council. They interwork therefore providing a through service from Newport to Chepstow and then onto Monmouth. The 69 is among my favourite routes to drive!
