An Old Friend
This trailing GP38-2 turns out to be an old friend from my youth. Frisco was one of my first loves in the railroading world and so any connection to it is a welcome one.
It's hard to imagine that this 2302 once wore the stately red and white as SLSF #447 some 35 or so years ago as it trundles east in its trailing position with face now adorned with orange/green/yellow still being lit up a bit by the fading evening sun.
