Monument to Henry †1768 and Mary †1773 Williams. Marble Wall of west end of aisle, facing the entrance. Signed T. Rawlins fecit
The white oval inscription is set off by richly coloured marble and framed by a segmental pediment, supporting a bulging urn, set in front of a curved obelisk. The curved pediment is reflected in the apron decorated with a winged angel head. The inscription notes Henry’s death aged 79. This must be the date of the commission, as his wife’s name was added later.
