This was the morning of my lower back MRI. Results:
Mild to severe stenosis means more pain for many months with sciatica and piriformis syndrome.
Meds, RMT, chiropractors and whirlpools will rule.
Apparently for an officially aged old codger, my spine is in relatively good condition despite my having been smashed for years on the tatami mats of my old Judo Dojos.
In Barrie the wait for a Spinal Block injection is 9 mo, in Newmarket 12 months. I'll have to check the wait time in the Toronto hospitals.
