Vintage B.G.I. Co Torrington Conn Gun Powder & Lead Shot Measuring Tool Antique

 

 

Much alike: an Antique/vintage French brass powder measure for cartridges,

 

Treen handle with a brass measuring cup. The amount of powder can be varied by adjusting the brass barrel.

 

The measure moves freely, i.e. it is not jammed.

 

Small measure of powder which are marked on the measure.

 

I believe this dates from the early 1900's

 

Overall length approx 4.75 inches.
