I was inspired to do this shot while watching Don Giannatti on creativeLIVE. My "AhHa Moment" was when he was using a diffused light behind the still life. I have had these vases for three years and have played with shooting them several times, but was never satisfied with the results. It took almost three hours this morning of experimenting with getting speculars on the front of them, but it was worth it! I'm much happier with the results!
