Broken Highway Sign

Located at Quonset Point at Gate Road. The sign states that Interstate 95 is to the right and that it leads to RI route 403. The reality is:

 

A) Interstate 95 is reached via RI route 403 to RI route 4 which then merges onto I-95

 

B) This is a ramp for RI route 403 (no need for the "TO" sign)

 

this can be easily fixed by moving the "TO" sign to the I-95 Sheild
