Birdsville Track

The Birdsville track north of Mungerannie runs through Sturt's Stony Desert. Luckily for us it had just been graded, so was in good condition. The road was straight for as far as the eye could see and on either side of the road were red stones for as far as the eye could see.

Here we are only about 240km from the Queensland Border.
