On the past Bank Holiday Monday , I treated myself , to paraphrase my late Scottish In-Laws , to a Fish & Chip Carry Out supper !
Cod and Chips with an extra piece of battered Cod’s Roe .
The Cod was so large , I chopped off a piece and had it cold for my breakfast the next day .
