This road is somewhere in the department of Yonne but that’s as precise as I can be.

I leave for France on Wednesday, a ferry from Hull to Belgium then a steady drive to the South, we are staying near the town of Cahors in a tiny village on the banks of the River Lot. Small cottage, no TV, internet or mobile phones so I will be joyously off line and out of contact. The only technology I will need apart from a car will be the wine corkscrew ( and a camera of course)
