Typical condition for an EE Type 1 back in the early 70s. Note tea cup on the drivers desk, you can't beat a nice brew.
During overhaul, the old numbers were often left intact and not rubbed down, after a few years the new paintwork would deteriorate and allow the numbers to show through so you'd see two sets of numbers and logos slightly mismatched on the same cabside.
