Semi-permanent supplemental chilled water project on intramural sports field. These aren't hooked up yet. -- will be online for summer air conditioning, instrument cooling, etc. . . until the brownouts. Extensive underground pipelines lead toward the center of campus. Elsewhere a large ice production facility beneath a parking lot allows off-peak electricity use for daytime air conditioning.
