2019_0121Cold-Turkey0001

West Pond, Parsonsfield, Maine.

Monday we had a high daytime temperature of 8°F with strong northwest winds making the wind chill -20°F down to -37°F.

Even the usually weather resilient wild turkey's where trying to stay warm in the brutal cold by perching up off the ground and tucking their legs and feet into their feathers and also tucking their heads in behind their wings.
