This is taken from a platform at the top of the stairs called Eagle's Nest - you get the bird eye view of the whole area. These falls are Seven Falls with the stairs going up the side with 224-step stairway. At the top thers's a path that'll get you to a spot thats just to the left of this photo where you can see Colorado Spring and the valley. I guess it pays to be part mountain goat in Colorado.
