JUN Auto baffle plate.
To prevent too much oil sloshing.
Oil needs to lubricate the crankshaft bearings and cylinder wall while the pistons go up and down the cylinders.
The oil also helps to cool down those components from over-heating.

If the oil sloshes too much, horsepower is lost due to too much drag caused by the oil, therefore the baffle plate prevents that from happening.
