Leadin Plugin on SFACT

0.35 nozzle 0.5x0.7 layers at 50mm/s perimeter feedrate..

Leadin plugin was derived from the skin plugin as it prints 2 instead of 1 perimeter line.

It extrudes the inner one first, then moves instantly to the outer line..

So you dont get that ugly seam caused by blobbing at the join.

Note that the test piece was printed with extreme values.. (way too much pressure in the nozzle)

Normally it would blob at the slightest slowdown...
