abstract expressionism??

i made this maybe a week ago. it was a normal painting, i tried painting normally but i started getting more bored like i couldnt control it. my mind was going insane and i ended pouring paint all over my hands and ruining it so i drew what i was feeling that week. my mind is killing me omg.
