Wooden Crate Packaging for a Double Deck Scissor Lift
This video shows the packaging process for a custom double deck hydraulic scissor lift.
Before placing the lift into the wooden crate, the hydraulic power unit and electrical control box are firmly secured to the crate base using wooden blocks.
The complete scissor lift body is then carefully lifted and positioned into the crate. Once in place, the pump station and electrical control box are located safely inside the scissor lift structure.
This arrangement makes efficient use of the crate's internal space while helping keep the hydraulic and electrical components securely positioned during transportation.
