PCB Electronic Assembly, namely PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), refers to the complete processing service of mounting, soldering and testing various electronic components on bare PCB boards. Different from empty PCB bare boards, our finished PCBA products are functional circuit modules that have completed component welding, circuit conduction testing and quality inspection, which can be directly assembled into terminal electronic equipment to realize signal transmission, data processing, energy conversion and other core functions .

1. SMT Surface Mount Technology

Adopt fully automated stencil printing, high-speed precision placement and reflow soldering process. It is suitable for miniature, high-density and high-precision components, including 01005/0201 ultra-small resistors and capacitors, BGA, QFN, CSP, LGA fine-pitch chips and various SMD surface mount devices . The process features high component density, compact board size, fast production efficiency, good high-frequency electrical performance, and is suitable for lightweight and miniaturized electronic products.

2. THT Through-Hole Technology

For high-power, high-stability and special pin components that are not suitable for SMT mounting, we adopt manual + wave soldering through-hole assembly process. It is applicable to plug-in resistors, capacitors, inductors, connectors, power tubes and other components, with strong mechanical stress resistance and high connection firmness, meeting the high-reliability requirements of industrial and high-power equipment .

3. Advanced Custom Processes

Support mixed SMT&THT assembly, conformal coating waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment, gold finger edge connector processing, high-voltage power board assembly, fine-pitch chip welding and other special processes to meet complex product design requirements .

- Pre-production Inspection: PCB bare board appearance and conductivity detection, component incoming material inspection to screen out unqualified materials

- Online Process Inspection: AOI automatic optical inspection, real-time detection of missing welding, false welding, tin bridging, offset and other defects

- Key Process Detection: X-ray inspection for BGA/QFN hidden solder joints to ensure internal welding quality without voids and virtual soldering

- Finished Product Testing: ICT static electrical performance test, FCT functional simulation test, high and low temperature aging test, high-voltage insulation test
