Increasing the biodiversity on the Lenthay field

The Platinum Jubilee field at Lenthay in Sherborne.

We spend a day introducing various wildflower seed and plugplants into the less interesting parts of the field.

Introducing plugplants grown at our smallholding from locally sourced seed. Yellow Meadow Vetchling, Perforate St John's wort, Field Scabious etc. And round the edges, Nettle-leaved bellflower plants.
