Carved bone - Bali
This bone was carved on Bali and stylistically dates from the early 1930ies.
A man in royal attire stands with his feet spread, holding a keris sward in his right hand while clasping a woman (princess?) around his left arm, holding her right wrist. At the back is a figure with crossed legs and holding his hands, sitting under a parasol with a long pole.
Height 16 cm.
