Unexpected Leader

Here’s AMTK 393 rocking by 16th Street Tower with 1/4 Phase 6 painted ALC-42 Charger locomotives. I’ve always liked the phase 6 paint, but never would I have ever thought that I could get a shot of a phase 6 charger and 16th in the same frame!
