Resolution

I created panels out of a pair of my pink denim jeans. I ripped, bleached , sewed and manipulated scrap bits of felt , ribbon, yarn that I had in my fabric box in my room from cut offs and created a textile that looked very busy and messy like my childhood room, filled with cluster and toys such as Barbie dolls) . also got my gran to teach me how to knit as I used to watch her knit us things to wear when going out with her. I combined these knits with the textile I created. I photographed these on the mini mannequin I got at Christmas and I particularly liked the shawl idea as it suggested comfort, love and saftey to me which is what I felt when I was younger and now I'm going into the big word.
