Atlantic City Boardwalk Tilt Shift Experimentation

My first tilt-shift photography experiment! I found a photo that I took awhile back in 2008 on one of our trips that I thought suited it perfectly. There's ways to do this without photoshop, but as I don't have that kind of lens right now, I did it in photoshop. Let me know what you think about it!
