Abusing power and denigrating mean not knowing how to lead.
This image stages an unbalanced dynamic of power: on one side, the composure of the person who occupies the dominant role; on the other, the lowered silence of someone subjected to judgment, pressure, or humiliation. The sober, almost institutional setting does not speak only of a personal relationship, but of all those contexts in which authority ceases to be guidance and turns into abuse, and management deteriorates into public denigration.
