My contribution to the nights feast was my own creation of homegrown RED and PURPLE potatoes scalloped with Fennell bulb and held together with a lovely blue cornmeal cream sauce.
Our social group got together to celebrate the International Year of the Potato ( www.potato2008.org/ ). With some very appropriate table center pieces, games, activities and of course a variety of food from potato soup starter to potato dessert!
