Berries

The whitebeam trees are now full of berries. They are pretty but can't be eaten as they are; you need to leave them to almost rot on the tree or blet them for a few days in the kitchen. Then boil them up with something else to give them some flavour.

 

It's better to leave them for the birds and enjoy the view.
