Using Adrian Cronauer's catchphrase and catchy artwork, I was attracted by this packet of coffee beans.
The beans do indeed make a pleasant pour over - a delicate. floral taste. I once bought Vietnamese civet cat coffee. The cats eat the berries and excrete the beans ... you can read about it elsewhere. It was OK but not worth the expense. And now I'm looking for some Black Ivory coffee - these are beans from northern Thailand that have been eaten by elephants, which partly ferment in their guts prior to excretion.
