Hornbeam

Mr Hornbeam was a kindly soul, dependable, and quietly wise. Always wearing a tie with his Viyella shirt. Tweed jacket, moleskin trousers, polished brogues. Or so I imagine. That's how this tree made me feel today. The rain eased for a moment in order to let mortals take in the view.
