rape blossoms 菜の花

This is the first "nanohana" (rape blossoms) in this area in this season.

Soon I will be able to see them at many places when Spring comes.

 

I like to eat them too. There are some ways to cook them and the one I like is boil and mixed with soy sauce and sesami and sugar( "goma ae")and deep fried.
