History & Evolution

First Generation (2007 – 2020)

Launched in 2007, the first Tata Winger was based on the Renault Trafic’s design under license, with modifications for Indian road and climate conditions. It quickly became popular with tour operators, fleet owners, and government agencies for its comfort and load-carrying capability.

Second Generation (2020 – Present)

The second generation, like the one in your picture, features a more modern design, improved interiors, and compliance with BS6 emission norms. It has a bolder front fascia with projector headlamps, a redesigned grille, and better NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) insulation. The chassis and suspension were also upgraded for improved ride quality.
