Safeway #3212 Ashland, OR
Old Marina-style Safeway that is in very good condition, and very popular with residents here.
This Safeway was briefly divested to Haggen in 2015 as part of their merger with Albertsons, but after Haggen's demise, Albertsons quickly realized Ashland's residents were not taking Safeway's departure very well, hence they bought back the Safeway, and this Safeway became what may have been one of the first stores outside of Florida with Modern.
Overall, I think Albertsons did a good job with Modern at this store, in comparison to numerous Modern remodels that came after this store.
