Smart & Final opened in 2008 under the "Extra!" moniker, about a year after Drug Emporium closed. This is one of three Drug Emporiums purchased by Smart & Final. Because of the former drug store that was in this space, while many Smart & Final stores have exposed ceilings, this store has traditional ceiling tiles which remain from the previous store, as they didn't completely gut out the store like they do with other stores they take over.
Like most Smart & Final stores, there are no service departments which are operated in this store.
