I accosted a high school pupil/part-time roustabout concerning a matter of card punches today.
I had prescribed a sick-day for myself (which very well may be equally configured as a mental health day) and ventured toward the local grocery store at which one might procure inexpensive, tasteless coffee.
I absentmindedly blathered as to a recent punching lapse in the buy-seven-get-one-free card I had prevously acquired, and so...
... this individual proceeded to punch out each remaning square in my Coffee Club Membership Card, rendering me eligible for one free beverage.
Decency is lovely.
