C&S 841 Denver CO.

Another C&S Chinese Red SD9 in the Rice Yard's diesel service tracks. At first appearance I thought the 841 was out of service due to the missing Gyra-Light components and fuel filler cap. But then I notice the classification lights are on, so my assumptions may be incorrect.
