Winter tunnel
A little bit more winter goodness, sorry, nothing crazy though. This is not too common where I live, except for the alpine regions, that a road gets closed down for winter season.
Not sure what exactly intrigues me about it, but I like it there. One part has this tree canopy, real green tunnel through the woods in summer, with space for two cars if necessary, but another section is super steep, single track, with a rail on the side and always in the shadow, so all in all, not ideal for winter I guess, and since it's not an essential route, more like a shortcut, they just shut it down.
There is this peaceful, lonesome abandoned vibe present then. 😎
Source for this is a spherical panorama build from 11 photos, with a mercator projection cropped, vertically only, to 13500 x 6724px, ~90,8MP, so it's still full 360° horizontally.
Nikon D7200 (APS-C crop sensor)
Samyang 8mm f/3.5 UMC FE CSII
ISO100, 8mm, f/8, 1/500sec (-.7EV)
(12mm FX equivalent focal length)
tripod, pano head, remote (ML-L3)
