2024-09-28, #3 - For the Dough, Blending the Flour & Butter in the Food Processor

I'm wearing one of my new fishnet undershirts, this one in red to match the primary color of my athletic tights.

 

Oh, the recipe calls for using only 3 sticks of butter (1.5 cups). The 4th stick went back into the refrigerator.
