The Big Blue LMS

A fleet of 60 C40-8W locomotives built for LMS (Locomotive Management Services) were painted in Conrail blue with "LMS" reporting marks, and were designed for versatile service across Conrail, CN, and other roads. One leads an eastbound freight, perhaps SENS out of the yard in Selkirk, NY at CP SK in the summer of 1997.
