The annual EQUALS in Tech Awards Ceremony is the flagship event of the EQUALS Global Partnership that aims to bridge the gender digital divide.
The partnership is founded by ITU, UN Women, the International Trade Centre, GSMA and the United Nations University.
The awards were given in a total of five categories including Access, Skills, Leadership in Tech, Leadership in SMEs, and Research.
