Lago del Desierto surrendered in love at the foot of the Huemul glacier (panorama)

First of all: Feliz 25 de mayo, día de la Patria Argentina!

Just meters away from Lago del Desierto, the Huemul Glacier is accessed through one of the most attractive trails in El Chaltén. The glacier was named after the small huemul deer. The path to reach the site requires a short and hard one-hour hike but the final stunning scenery of the great lake of emerald glacier waters surrendered like a lover at the foot of the mountains holding the Huemul Glacier is totally worth the effort.
