In our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn more about yourself, become abundantly more aware of your purpose as a Yoga practitioner and teacher, and develop lifelong relationships with others who share your passion and values on the Yoga path.
The 300-hour course will encompass:
⚡️ Daily asana practice, including meditation and pranayama.
⚡️ Analysis of poses and sequencing.
⚡️ In-depth study of the anatomy and biomechanics within each family of poses.
⚡️ Philosophy topics include ancient teachings from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Upanishads, and applying these principles to modern life.
⚡️ Subtle body exploration includes the Chakras, Prana Vayus, Koshas, and Nadis.
We provide tools and methods to dramatically improve your strengths and knowledge, deepen your current repertoire and support your unique direction and growth.
