corset designs

Developed and finalised sculptural corset designs. The irregular shapes and boning of the 'corset' is to elaborate on the evolution of womenswear against restriction of the human form and humans as a result of that. it for me also correlates a lot with the process of aging and the general ideals of beauty: quality of beauty seeming to decline with the lack of perfection, tautness and symmetry, which in fact beauty is and illusion of which so many try to conform to.
