"Bowl with Beaded Rim" on view at the Cleveland Museum of ART in Gallery 104, is a nice work of metalwork from Byzantium, Syria. Dating to the early Byzantium period, 4th-5th century. According to the Cleveland Museum of Art "This bowl is decorated with a beaded rim, a feature often found on domestic silver bowls of this period. The basic shape was formed first by hammering.
