We rescued Frank from the Pulaski County Human Society in 2009 . After seeing Agent "F" (Frank the Pug ) in Men in Black we knew what his name was going to be. After we got him we took him to the local minor league baseball ballpark for a special promotion night called Paws in the Park. A man stopped us as we were walking in and said....... "Please tell me his name is Frank." You gotta love it.
