Le samedi 16 août 2025, à l’occasion des commémorations de la Libération de Thonon-les-Bains, l’Équipe de Voltige de l’Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace (EVAAE) a réalisé une démonstration aérienne saisissante au-dessus du Léman. Placée sous la conduite du capitaine Florent Oddon, accompagné de ses brillants coéquipiers, les capitaines Victor Lalloué et Sébastien Souchet, cette prestation a rendu hommage aux événements du 17 août 1944, marquant la fin de l’occupation de la ville.

On Saturday, August 16, 2025, as part of the commemorations marking the Liberation of Thonon-les-Bains, the Aerobatic Team of the French Air and Space Force (EVAAE) performed a breathtaking aerial display over Lake Geneva. Led by Captain Florent Oddon, alongside his accomplished teammates Captain Victor Lalloué and Captain Sébastien Souchet, the formation honored the memory of August 17, 1944—a historic date marking the end of the city’s occupation
